Heavy or oversized shipments may need specialized transportation, unloading arrangements, and coordination with the official show contractor.

For WEFTEC, we recommend starting with the equipment rather than the shipping date. Pumps, treatment systems, industrial machinery, and demonstration units can have very different transportation and unloading requirements, even when they're going to the same exhibit hall.
Confirm dimensions, weight, loading requirements, and any special handling needs before requesting transportation. Then work backward from your assigned move-in date to establish the pickup schedule. For large or heavy equipment, direct-to-show shipping may offer more control over delivery timing, but the best option depends on the show's receiving arrangements.
