What's included in white glove delivery?

Inside delivery, careful placement, protective handling throughout, and full documentation. You get confirmation that your freight arrived in the condition it left.

Do you offer installation or just placement?

We handle placement and positioning. Full installation — assembly, electrical, AV setup — is outside our scope, but we coordinate closely with your installation team to make sure freight is where they need it.

How far in advance should I book white glove service?

At least 1-2 weeks for standard requests. Complex or high-value shipments benefit from more lead time — contact us as early as possible.

Is white glove available for tradeshow exhibits specifically?

Yes. We work with exhibit houses, exhibitors, and event companies who need careful handling for tradeshow freight. It's one of our core use cases.
