FAQs

Showsite Shipping

Questions

What is showsite shipping?

Showsite shipping is direct delivery of your exhibit freight to the convention center or venue during the move-in window. It's the most time-sensitive move in tradeshows — your freight needs to arrive at the right dock, at the right time, on the right day.

How far in advance should I book showsite shipping?

As early as possible, ideally no later than two weeks before move-in. The more lead time we have, the more routing options are available and the tighter we can plan around your window.

What information do you need to plan a showsite shipment?

Show name, venue, move-in dates and times, booth number, freight dimensions and weight, and pickup location. The more detail upfront, the better the plan.

What happens if my show schedule changes?

Let us know as soon as possible and we'll adjust. Changes close to move-in are harder to absorb, but we'll find the best available option and keep you informed throughout.

Can you deliver directly to my booth?

Delivery goes to the dock or marshalling yard as directed by show management — that's standard for all showsite shipments. We coordinate with show management to make sure your freight is routed correctly from there.
