Showsite shipping delivers directly to the venue during the move-in window. Advance warehouse is typically less expensive and less risky — your freight is already on-site before the rush begins.

Each show has a specific advance warehouse window, usually opening 2-4 weeks before move-in and closing a few days prior. We track those deadlines and build your shipment around them.

You'll need to ship showsite, which typically comes with higher drayage rates and tighter delivery windows. We'll get you there either way — but advance warehouse is always the better option when the timeline allows.

The advance warehouse facility confirms receipt and issues a warehouse receipt. We track that confirmation and notify you when your freight is checked in.
