For international trade show shipments, the correct documentation and customs procedures need to be completed before the exhibit can continue to its destination. Requirements vary based on the countries involved, the goods being shipped, and whether they'll remain in the country or return after the show.

An ATA Carnet is an international customs document used for the temporary import and export of certain goods without paying applicable duties and taxes that would otherwise be required for a permanent import. Trade show exhibits and equipment can often qualify. We'll review your shipment and help determine whether a Carnet is appropriate for the move.
