What size exhibits qualify for ExhibitShare™?

ExhibitShare™ works for most exhibits that don't fill a dedicated truck on their own. It's a shared truckload service, so if your freight occupies part of a trailer, you pay for that space — and get full truckload-level service on the move. Contact us with your dimensions and we'll confirm it's the right fit.

How is ExhibitShare™ pricing calculated?

You pay for the space your freight actually occupies on the trailer, based on dimensions, weight, and destination. No paying for empty space you don't use.

Is ExhibitShare™ as reliable as a dedicated truck?

Yes. Your freight stays on one trailer from pickup to show site and is managed to the same tradeshow timelines as any dedicated load. The only difference is the price.

How many other shipments share the load?

Loads are consolidated strategically based on destination and timing. The number of shipments varies, but the standard never does.

Will my exhibit be transferred between trucks?
