The RSNA Annual Meeting 2026 brings radiology professionals, medical imaging manufacturers, technology developers, and healthcare suppliers to McCormick Place in Chicago, November 29–December 3. Technical Exhibits run November 29–December 2 in the North and South Halls, featuring everything from imaging technology and AI-powered systems to specialized medical equipment and exhibit displays.
For exhibitors, freight planning is especially important when shipping large demonstration equipment, sensitive electronics, or complex booth installations. RSNA assigns target move-in dates based on exhibit size, complexity, and location within the halls. Transportation must be coordinated around those assignments rather than simply the show's opening date.
The Freeman advance warehouse receives shipments October 20–November 12, 2026. Direct-to-show freight must follow assigned target move-in dates, with on-site receiving beginning November 19. Exhibitors should review the official Exhibitor Service Kit for shipping labels, receiving addresses, material handling requirements, and equipment-specific instructions.
Exhibitway coordinates trade show freight to RSNA, including medical equipment transportation, advance warehouse shipping, direct-to-show delivery, and expedited shipments when timelines are tight. Our team helps exhibitors build a transportation plan around their equipment requirements and assigned receiving schedule.
For RSNA, start with your assigned target move-in date and work backward. Large medical imaging systems and complex demonstrations may require specialized equipment, careful handling, and coordination with the show's freight and installation teams.
Before booking transportation, confirm the shipment's dimensions, weight, unloading requirements, and final delivery instructions. If your equipment is ready early, evaluate the advance warehouse option—but verify that it can accommodate your particular shipment. For sensitive or high-value systems, involve your freight partner early enough to plan the handling and delivery process properly.
