Shipping Freight to NPE2027
NPE2027 brings the plastics industry to Orlando for five days of equipment, materials, manufacturing technology, automation, and live demonstrations. With more than 2,200 exhibitors expected across the Orange County Convention Center, freight planning should start well before move-in.
For exhibitors shipping machinery, booth properties, equipment, or other exhibit materials, the right freight plan depends on what you're moving, where it's coming from, and how you want it delivered into the show's receiving process. Plan machinery freight early.
NPE is the kind of show where we recommend treating freight as part of the exhibit plan—not something to figure out once the booth is ready.
If you're exhibiting machinery or production equipment, start with the equipment dimensions, weight, origin, required delivery window, and any special handling requirements. From there, we can determine whether advance warehouse or direct-to-show delivery makes the most sense and build the transportation schedule backward from the show's receiving and move-in requirements.
For time-sensitive booth materials or equipment that can't ship until later in the production schedule, keep expedited shipping as part of the contingency plan rather than assuming standard transit will still fit the window.
